Attention to detail this week has been key, the ground workers took on the task of laying the gas proof membrane in a meticulous and methodical manner making sure that every lap has been taped and corner sealed.

 

 

Bricklayers were back on site at the being of this week completing the sub structure block work.

Once this had been given adequate time to go off the beam and block contractor came to site to complete their work.

 

 

Progress is ongoing with critical work being completed on time moving us ever closer to the arrival of the Timber Frame. This week the final part of the raft foundation was poured and the rain water gullies installed to the back of Plots 9 & 10.

 

The remaining top soil to the rear of the build was imported.

 

On Friday the remaining substructure block work was complete leaving the required time before the beam and block floor is installed mid next week.

 

 

 

 

Work has continued with the on site drainage this week, S2 - S3 was completed.

We also completed the run to S3-S4 and made a start on the benching, that's all the largest manholes and drainage runs now in.
