On site progress has been good this month with the completion of the remediation work meaning we are now ready for work to begin on the foundation raft. We have also used this time to erect the perimeter fencing to the site.

 

 

Site is now with hoarding up at the front with a fresh coat of paint, the permanent office and welfare facilities are also in place with the concrete slab poured in preparation for the cement silo.

 

 

 

 

Progress has been good this week following the snow of the last few days. Reduced digging and stoning to the underside of the foundations of the block have progressed well. Although it has been a short week production has been good.

The perimeter fencing at the site entrance has been erected to ensure safe, secure access to and from the site is available.

The reduced level dig to the building footprint is under way, and should be completed in the short 4 day week following the Easter break.

Once the digging is completed, the foundations to the building will start, which will then show clearly the outline and size of the building.
